•    data processing (any operation or range of operations performed by any means by or on behalf of the data holder (owner) using automation tools or without using such tools, for the purpose of collecting, recording, storing, updating, grouping, blocking, deleting, and destructing personal data), and:
•    data transfer (transfer of personal data by their holder (owner) to third persons  in accordance with the  Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Personal Information, and with the relevant international convention;
•    cross-border transfer of personal data (transfer by the holder (owner) of personal data to holders under the jurisdiction of other states) 
in respect of the following personal data:
surname, name, patronymic; day, month, year of birth; place of birth; residence (registered, living) address; nationality; sex; marital status; ID document details; personal photo; video record; contact details (telephone, fax, email); bank details; biometrics; details of contracts and other documents connected with the civil law relations between me and Omega Capital LLC, or relations between me and any other company  under a contract or agreement with such company and/or Omega Capital LLC; other information about me, my income, my property and my property rights, education, employment, that was provided by me or became known to Omega Capital LLC when concluding, amending or executing contracts between me and Omega Capital LLC, contracts between Omega Capital LLC and other companies and/or between me and other companies, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), use, distribution, including transfer of my personal data to tax and other government authorities in cases and to the extent required by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic, stock exchanges, registrars, depositories, credit and other organizations, in cases and to the extent required by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic and agreements concluded between me and Omega Capital LLC, between Omega Capital LLC and other companies and/or between me and other companies, depersonalization, blocking, destruction of personal data, through mixed processing of personal data processed for the purpose of establishing, changing, terminating legal relations between me and Omega Capital LLC, establishing, changing, terminating my legal relations with another company under contracts concluded between such company and Omega Capital LLC and/or me, or for the purpose of compliance by Omega Capital LLC with the requirements of the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic during the performance of its obligations related to or arising from contracts concluded between Omega Capital LLC and me, between Omega Capital LLC and other companies and/or between me and other companies.
I hereby provide the above-stated personal data for processing for the purpose of receiving broker’s services and/or virtual assets services. 
I have been made aware that:
1) my consent to data processing takes effect on the date of signing this consent (clicking on “Accept”) and shall be valid over the period of the service provision and storage of data about the service provided, in conformity with the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic;
2) my consent to data processing may be revoked by giving a written request in a free format;
3) if I revoke this consent to data processing, my personal data processing may be continued in full or in part in accordance with Articles 5 and 15 of the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on Personal Information.
The start date of my personal data processing shall be the date of my consent to the foregoing provisions at the Website of Omega Capital LLC.
